Description of the operation with the purpose, objectives and planned results of the operation:

In the company Brce d.o.o. we implemented five different measures within the project, which strengthened our operations and promotion in foreign markets and facilitated the communication with our customers and partners.

The implemented measures are:

• electronic exchange between partners;
• digitization of appearances at fairs;
• websites for foreign markets;
• product sales video;
• competence building and training.

The aim of the public tender from the point of view of the Operational Program for the Implementation of European Cohesion Policy is to improve the possibilities of SMEs to enter or expand their business in foreign markets by establishing or upgrading e-commerce, thus increasing their international competitiveness. The purpose of the operation is to support entry into global value chains and new markets and increase international competitiveness by co-financing the eligible costs of setting up or upgrading e-commerce. The results of the operation will include a secure electronic exchange between partners, an appearance at a digital fair, a new website in two foreign languages, a product-sales video in a foreign language and the implementation of training to raise the competencies of our employees.

Financial support:

The call for proposals is partly funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The public tender for the selection of operations is carried out within the framework of the “Operational Program for the Implementation of European Cohesion Policy in the period 2014 – 2020”, priority axis “Increasing the international competitiveness of SMEs”; investment priorities “Development and implementation of new business models for SMEs, in particular in relation to internationalization”; specific objective “Increasing the international competitiveness of SMEs”.
